Visit the Bourrine du Bois Juquaud during your stay in Vendée

It is composed of the bourrine itself, a restored dwelling place, and of many annex buildings which, thanks to testimonies, could be reconstructed as they were in the past.

The complex is located in a privileged area on the edge of the marsh, rich in preserved vegetation of the dune environment.

A new reception area including an exhibition room, a projection area and a multimedia space complete this place since 2008 and allow you to better understand and appreciate the specificities of our heritage.

It is also the starting point for many hikes to the Pays de Vie and Monts.
